How to add/delete reply emails?

If you want to create a new email address for replies, you need to verify your email address. The verification steps are as follows:

● Go to [My Account] → [My Profile]
● On this page, you can see the verified email addresses. Enter the email address you want to add in the text box and click [Add] to send a verification email.
● Log in to your email, you will receive a verification email with a verification link. Click the verification link to complete the addition.
● Click [Delete] to delete the verified reply email.

How to recover a forgotten password?
Don't worry, click "Forgot Password" on the login page, you can recover your password through mobile verification.

How to change password?
● Go to [My Account] → [My Profile]
● Enter your current password and new password, click Save to complete the password change.

What if I don't receive the verification SMS?

If you still can't get the SMS verification code after 3 attempts, please call customer service: 400-8872-888.
