Can I still use Yahoo email after Yahoo exits China?

Recently, a customer encountered a bounce issue when using the company email to send to a yahoo.com.cn email. The reason is that after yahoo.com.cn exited China, it was taken over by Alibaba Cloud Mail, and the mx records under the yahoo domain have also been changed, so yahoo.com.cn gave the following bounce message:

host mta6.am0.yahoodns.net said: 550 relaying denied for (in reply to RCPT TO command)

This bounce message shows that Yahoo has stopped its email service in China. Unfortunately, many email users in China have used Yahoo email as an account on various forums, websites, and even Alipay, and have to change their addresses. It has to be said that Yahoo, once a giant, has declined.
