How to export bounced or unsubscribed lists?

Bounced or unsubscribed user lists can be exported from the campaign's analysis report. The operation steps are as follows:
● Click [Reports] → Select the campaign report to view
● Click [Recipient Details] to view user lists for email reception, opening, clicking, bouncing, and unsubscribing
● Select bounce or unsubscribe, and the list will automatically filter users who meet the criteria
● Click [Export] to export to Excel document

How to effectively interpret report data?

Campaign reports can help you understand campaign sending overview and analyze sending effects. There are a series of data in the report, including email delivery rate, bounce rate, unique opens, unique clicks, total clicks, total opens, etc.:

● Email Delivery Rate and Bounce Rate - Reflect the quality of the recipient list
Email Delivery Rate:Total Delivered Emails / Total Sent Emails
Bounce Rateis a standard to measure the proportion of undeliverable part in your sent emails, which is divided into soft bounce and hard bounce according to the situation.
Reasons for hard bounce: Address does not exist.
Reasons for soft bounce are divided into the following situations:
1. Not sent to the server - Network issues, excessive sending, sending timeout, etc.
2. Server rejected the email - IP address is in the recipient's blacklist, poor reputation, etc.
3. Server received the email - Customer's mailbox capacity reached the limit, etc.
Optimization Suggestion:If the delivery rate is too low and the bounce rate is high, it indicates that the quality of the recipient list is not high. You can formulate a regular cleaning plan to regularly remove invalid addresses from the list.

● Unique Open Rate - Reflects the attractiveness of the email subject to recipients
Unique Open Rate:Unique Opens / Total Delivered Emails
Unique opens refer to how many recipients opened the email, while total opens refer to the total number of times the email was opened. If an email is opened 3 times by a recipient, the unique opens are recorded as 1, and the total opens are recorded as 3.Average number of email opens per recipient= Total Opens / Unique Opens,The higher the ratio, the more willing recipients are to open the email, meaning the email content is more attractive.
Optimization Suggestion:Factors affecting unique opens include sender name, email subject, and email content preview. If the unique opens are low, it indicates that the above content is not attractive enough. You can use a sender name that recipients know or give the email a more attractive subject.

● Unique Click Rate - Reflects the attractiveness of the email content to recipients
Unique Click Rate:Unique Clicks / Total Delivered Emails
Unique clicks refer to how many recipients clicked the links, and the ratio of unique clicks / unique opens reflects the proportion of clicking users to opening users. These two data to some extent reflect the rationality of email content and link placement. If there are many unique clicks and the ratio of unique clicks / unique opens is high, it proves that the email content is attractive and can arouse recipients' interest in clicking links.
Optimization Suggestion:If the number of unique clicks is relatively small and the ratio of unique clicks / unique opens is relatively low, you need to optimize the email content to guide recipients to click links.

● Total Clicks - Reflects the attractiveness of the link address to recipients
Total clicks refer to the total number of times links in the email were clicked. Total clicks can indirectly indicate whether the website linked to your email is attractive and valuable to recipients.
Average number of link clicks per recipient=Total Clicks / Unique Clicks
The higher the ratio, the more attractive the website pointed to by the link is, and the higher the value to recipients (only when the website content is valuable or attractive will recipients click multiple times).
Optimization Suggestion:If the average number of link clicks per recipient is not high, you can consider optimizing the website's user experience, or re-examine whether the value provided by the website pointed to by the link is relevant to recipients and whether it can provide value to recipients.
