Why do many customers unsubscribe from my emails?

Contact loss is sometimes unavoidable, and many companies have encountered it. But if many customers unsubscribe in a short period of time, there may be the following reasons:
● The email content is not relevant enough to the recipient. At this time, you can classify the list according to the customer's interests.
● Recipients may forget that they once gave you the right to send emails. At this time, you can add a permission reminder in the email.
● The frequency of sending emails is too high, causing annoyance to contacts.

How can I reduce spam complaint rates?

The following points can minimize your complaint rate:
● Ensure you have explicit permission from the recipient.
● Make good use of welcome emails to let recipients know that they have subscribed to your emails, and it is recommended to explain the content types and sending frequency that will be sent in the future in the welcome email.
● Ensure that the sending name and email subject clearly express you and your organization. Many recipients will report emails as spam before opening them just because they cannot identify the sender.

Why is my email subject or sender name blocked?

When recipients decide whether to open an email, the sender name and subject of the email play a decisive role. In the inbox, there are word limits for the sender name and email subject, and if they exceed the limit, they will be abbreviated. The sender name should let the recipient recognize you at a glance, increasing trust in the email. When the subject is too long, the recipient cannot identify the main idea of the email at a glance, and the too long subject will occupy the part of the text summary. It is recommended to keep the subject within 25 characters.

What is a spam trap?

Spam Traps are email addresses owned by some ISPs and third-party organizations. These addresses do not actively register any services, but will be hidden in the code of some websites. This is a kind of email address specially used to collect spam - sending an email to such an address may cause your IP domain to be blacklisted.
Simply put, it is a trapping system (honey pot) specially designed to collect spam.

Is the test email the same as what recipients see?

The version seen by recipients will be roughly the same as the test email, but the format may be slightly different depending on the recipient's email client.

It is recommended to send several test emails to different email clients (such as Outlook, Foxmail, etc.), which can reduce the risk of layout inconsistency.
